A:Answer Yes, it is common from time to time. Compare what you are paying for a year, with what you would pay with say a cable company. Huge savings with MagicJack, but from time to time some issues. I would only use it on high speed cable internet access, NOT on DSL. I recently purchased a new corded / cordless phone from Best Buy, and the clarity now is A LOT better. Make sure your phone is NOT a cheapy, you get what you pay for.
Also shut down your cable modem for a min or so, once a week, and that seems to keep calls A LOT clearer. And if you have a call that last 1 hour and 45 minutes, you will get cut off. Tested in different locations, ALWAYS disconnects you. With that said, I AM GETTING READY TO RENEW FOR ANOTHER YEAR, it is worth it!!!
