• You can do it online , through your magic jack account that you’ll set up while activating your device/service. Don’t know if this can be done at Best Buy .

• You can renew your service from any home device connected to internet with MagicJack account

• You can probably go to Best Buy to purchase a prepaid card, but they do not take payments to extend Magicjack service.

• No and Yes... You can technically replace the device by purchasing a new one at the store which gives you another 12 months and keep your number which is silly expensive and wasteful. But that is the only option if you do not want to renew through magic jack with a credit card. Renewing with magic jack through their website is the best way to go.
