• From the Use & Care Guide: Choosing the Right Detergent Use only High Efficiency detergents. The package will be marked “HE” or “High Efficiency.” High Efficiency wash systems create excessive sudsing with a regular non-HE detergent. Single-dose laundry packets, color-safe bleach, or fabric softener crystals can be added to the basket prior to adding laundry.

• Yes. You just add them to the bottom of the machine. Make sure the Pods are he.
