Yes, there is a button to change spin speed, I tend to choose a slower speed and avoid "Max Extract" which is the fastest speed as my experience has been that this wears the bearing out faster meaning repairs (at over $250 a pop) more often.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can. The machine doesn't have an independent spin speed choice but each of the wash cycles spin at different speeds. Choose delicates or the winkle free cycles for a slower spin. Just for your information...if you are short you will find the wash tub a bit of a stretch for reaching small items at the bottom. The tub is huge and deep. Great for blankets or a large bunch of towels.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can chose from 5 spin speed on this washer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.savra, yes you are able to adjust the spin speed for this washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I slow mine down to about medium. The max spin on my Maytag will practically tie my bedsheets in knots.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most of the time I use the lowest spin setting and clothing still comes out with more wrinkles than you can imagine. It would be great if there was a way too adjust the intensity of the spin on your own--making the max more like the 3rd level and then down from there. This machine makes a mess of delicate clothing. I do not like this machine because of the spin intensity and can not recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Other than changing the spin speed to medium, you’re out of luck. This machine is terrible for delicate and hang dry clothes that you don’t want wrinkled. Regretting my purchase.
