“Why is the top ofthe dryer sloped forward? The machine is levelled to the floor but the top slopes making it very inconvenient to put anything on top of the dryer.”

Horrible design- dropped the detergent on the floor! (Thankfully not the bleach)- as is the locking top and cannot add cloths without the whole tub emptying first!- MAYTAG- what the heck are you thinking!

Please try again later.I curse my Maytag dryer every time I see a pile of clean towels slide to floor when I forget you can’t put anything on top of these garbage machines. Here is why i think the so called designers do this. They think it looks kind of super modern and high tech. There can be no good reason for this since we all had the old ones with flat tops.

I have a very small laundry room, only enough space for washer and dryer and walkthrough. I HATE this dryer and keep crossing my fingers to get used to it First time I used it the laundry soap fell off. I have been looking at shelves that may go around it however I have a cabinet above so its limited space for that as well. I am pretty much unable to reach the cabinet otherwise Id try clearing a space there for laundry supplies. Sooo irritating and such a stupid design.
