Yes, but you'll need to take the comforter out half way through the cycle and unfold and check for wet areas. Adjust the damp areas on the outside of comforter and continue drying.

My 7 cu. ft. dryer dries the heavy queen or king comforter when I pull it out of the dryer, rotate it and put it back in the dryer several times during the drying cycle. I have to rotate it so it won't have wet spots. My preference is still for the Maytag 7 cu. ft. because it dries small loads of wrinkle free fabric clothing. For me, the bigger drier would wad up a small load of sweat shirts or wrinkle free clothing and I had to rewash the clothing to get rid of the set in wrinkles. My 7 cu. ft. Maytag is so old parts are wearing out so I am looking at Maytags to replace it with another 7 cu. ft. soon.
