Surface Dock definitely and you should be able to find it under $150 at Best Buy now. The added ports is great with the ability to add up to two monitors (requires additional display port to HDMI cables) and have hardwire network connection. The 24w will not have enough juice for your Surface Book 2 and is made for the Surface Go. For the Surface Book 2 you need at least the 65w wall charger for recharging and consistent power. The 44w is made for the Laptop and Pro versions. 102w will work also. If you need additional ports and the Book 2 is mostly stationary then go with the Dock. The Dock is light and portable, but setting everything up on a daily basis will become a nuisance. If you need to be mobile then go with either the 65w or 102 W options.
