- Answer the dock has 2 DVI ports, but I was not able to get a single monitor to work through the dock's DVI, still have to use the DVI port on the Surface for external monitor.

- Answer It comes with the dock, magnetized power cord to computer and the cord from dock to outlet. Other than that, any cables you need, you supply. As for it working with the surface go.....check out this page as I'm not familiar with the Go https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023451/surface-using-surface-dock-and-surface-docking-stations

- Answer no but BB sells an adapter to take the display port it does have to HDMI. I think it costs around 20.

QuestionCan I plug in a USB stick and a USB port for a wireless mouse to the dock? I only need a USB port that will let me plug in those two things. Is this the only option? I have the Surface pro 6.

- Answer Why not try a USB port hub if your only desire is to have more than one USB port. Some are designed to fit directly onto Surface Pros. Much less expensive than purchasing a docking station.

- Answer This applies to Surface Pro 3, Surface Pro 4, Surface Pro, Surface Laptop and Surface Books. You might need an adapter to connect your monitor to the dock station, depending on the monitor and the cables/connectors it came with. The needed connector looks like a half sized USB connector with angled corners on the bottom two sides. The cable to connect the dock station to your "surface" product is packaged with the dock station.

- Answer Surface Dock definitely and you should be able to find it under $150 at Best Buy now. The added ports is great with the ability to add up to two monitors (requires additional display port to HDMI cables) and have hardwire network connection. The 24w will not have enough juice for your Surface Book 2 and is made for the Surface Go. For the Surface Book 2 you need at least the 65w wall charger for recharging and consistent power. The 44w is made for the Laptop and Pro versions. 102w will work also. If you need additional ports and the Book 2 is mostly stationary then go with the Dock. The Dock is light and portable, but setting everything up on a daily basis will become a nuisance. If you need to be mobile then go with either the 65w or 102 W options.

- Answer the ports are mini display ports so you will need a converter to HDMI. Unknown on the touchscreen but I would think it does.
