• There is not warranty specifically for this product, but with bestbuy you have the option of returning any product as long as no more than 30 days have passed and you still have your receipt. This is true for all best buy products.

• The manufacturer warranty is for a period of 1 year. You also have within 15 days of the original purchase date to process a return/exchage. If the keyboard is not working, then you can either contact the manufacturer directly or you can take the keyboard up to any Best Buy store for further assistance. I hope that helps!
