Q: QuestionDoes the Mophie Juice Pack work with the iPhone 8? You indicate that this model works with both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 but Cnet.com begs to differ and at least one reviewer says it doesn't... please clarify!

• A:Answer I bought and had to return the Mophie Juice to Best Buy because it did not fit my IPhone 8. It was so tight I was literally afraid it would break the back glass of my brand new phone after trying to remove it unsuccessfully. I called Mophie. They have excellent customer service.and have received numerous complaints about the same problem. I was advised that the IPhone 8 is actually just a small fraction of an inch larger than the iPhone 7, causing the problem. The Mophie Juice for iPhone 8 is expected to be available in December. Since the case was put on by a very helpful Best Buy person, I was advised to take it back there to have it removed and wait until Mophie's case for the iPhone 8 is released. Best Buy's service was outstanding. Take a look at Mophie's site. There are no cases for the iPhone 8 yet; only the charging pads; but the Juice is shown for the iPhone 7. I always use Mophie cases on my iPhones and LOVE them. However, anyone who uses them knows the heat from external battery is somewhat palpable when in use, so I can understand the bigger problems potentially ahead with using it due to the super tight fit. Instead, I will follow Mophies advice and wait for the Mophie case designed for the 8. My best advice: Call Mophie yourself before purchasing this case for an iPhone 8. Hope this helps someone.

Q: QuestionAt what point does the juice pack kick in? Everything was fully charged this morning. Four lights on the juice pack. I am now down to 12%. Seems to be normal usage. No evidence of the juice pack kicking in.

• A:Answer You have to turn it on. Press & hold the button on the back. You will see that the battery symbol on your phone will look like you’re connected to a charger. This prevents the battery pack from constantly being drained and reserves it for when you need it.

Q: QuestionI have the new SE 2020. I’m using an old Mophie case (iPhone 6 case). On speaker it echoes badly. I’ve heard of issues on the SE with other cases echoing. Is there feedback that this case works as planned with SE.
