• Max P is definitely better. Max-P stands for maximum performance in all small form factor laptop you can get. This 2070 Super Max-P uses 115W. Some laptops even have a full desktop grade rtx in them but they are often bulky. Thin and light laptops can have either Max-Q or Max-P!

• the 2070 super max p is 115 w and it delivers more performance than the max q, the max q are 80 and 90 w it varies but the max p is better than the max q. I can link some articles if you need
