• A:Answer Please note that the MPG Z790 Edge WiFi will require a bios update before supporting 14th gen Intel CPUs. The board can be flashed without a CPU installed. The MPG Z790 Edge WiFi supports 2 CPU 8pin power connectors.

Use the USB drive that comes in the box & follow the guide on youtube titled. - MSI Motherboard BIOS Update with Flash BIOS Button - Without a CPU or with one! - For some reason the manual misses a step. It's been a solid board so far.
