Im a member and I take advantage of being able to return items up in till 2 months instead of 2 weeks for non-members, and I have never been charged a restocking fee.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think so. I returned a phone after the 15 grace period because it was not working the way I had thought that it would. Was able to exchange it for a different phone that has the feature that I was looking for and did NOT get charged a restocking fee but got a credit for the full amount of my original purchase. To be certain, you could chat with a Customer Service Agent which is what I did and got great help not only with the return but also with selecting the right item that would meet my needs.
