Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contacting Customer Service does the trick just nicely. You can do so via messaging (easiest option), which is VERY responsive. I needed to cancel my membership due to an issue with FedEx (not Best Buy itself) and they were VERY helpful!! So helpful in fact, I'm getting my Plus membership back!!
