Unfortunately, the only solution is to download the adapter software into usb from other pc or laptop and install the software to your pc... I see a lot of people dont get the point. If someone post this kinda question, it means that person does not have cd driver nor wifi connection. A lot of people buy this product when you do not have access to the ethernet port and trying to use this device to connect to wifi. Netgear should realize majority of the pcs nowadays do not have cd driver, and find alternate way of installing their adapter software else than saying use other pc or laptop and download the software bullshi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would have to download a file from the Netgear support website from another computer onto a memory stick, floppy or similar device and use that to install the needed software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.include a driver with the adapters! My laptop WiFi failed. I drove 60 miles to get the device, but found it did not come with a driver. "Just download it." Who was the genius that made that decision? I bought the device to access the Internet, now I had no way to install it!! Note to GM: Sell cars without tires, just eave a note on the dash: "Drive to the nearest Goodyear store an they'll be happy to supply the tires.: Dumb idea? Colleagues, and even kids, laughed at the stupidity!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would need to connect to internet to download software and drivers from company. I connected with a direct connect line from router, then once downloaded and set up the USB unit was my connection source- works great!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have access to a networked computer at work or a library, you should be able to download the drivers for it onto a USB stick and then install from that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue, I was lucky to have a older USB adapter on my computer but if you can connect with a Lan cord direct to your router you can do the same thing to set it up. I was able to log online. I googled Netgear A6210 (which is the model ) and it took my direct to the Netgear A6210 page...click get support and on the right hand side its a option to download the file: Software Version 1.0.0.30 (Supports Win10) File size: 72.6 MB Worked perfectly the first time after I ran the program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Download the drivers from another computer and put them on a USB stick, use that program to install.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am running Windows 10. I didn't use the CD that came with the adapter. Following the instructions, I simply went to http://support.netgear.com, clicked the Support for Home Go button and entered A6210 (the designation of the driver). The download is a zip file that unpacks into several options for installation, and I clicked on Standalone to "cut to the chase" and simply install the driver. Process was very quick and easy. This is probably one reason why many newer computers don't have CD/DVD drives.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.browse the product and install driver online
