Inside my my neighbors house 3 bars. Thats about 65 feet and 3 walls. Make sure the router you use is above your pc and not in line with lets say a flat screen tv or huge mirror in the direction you most want to use it. What I still like about this unit is ease of use and compatibility with old and new device wifi security capabilities.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Our signal has 5 bars a Block and a half away from house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My home is 3500 square ft. The R8000 is located in the master bedroom at 1 corner of the home. I have full signal on the outside of the home on the opposite side of the house. This wifi router is well worth the price in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this device to friends. Hope that helps to answer your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a 3500 sqft house and this router sits at the front of the 1st floor. We have strong connection throughout the house including upstairs and the yard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pretty far. We have a large single story house and our 801.11n access point which was centrally located wouldn't reliably reach the far bedroom of the house. The wifi would drop on our devices in that room and switch to 3G/LTE. Which is actually what caused me to upgrade to a different device. I picked this one and was really impressed. There are two networks - 5GHz and 2.4GHz (actually 2 different 5GHz networks, but I used Smart Connect to combine them). Anyway, the 5GHz network (which is the faster AC network) gets 4 bars in the far bedroom and 5 everywhere else. The 2.4Ghz network is 5 bars everywhere but is a bit slower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Complete coverage plus the outside patio and garage/workshop for a 3000 square foot home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Too many variables to answer this. Depends on walls, room location, building materials, other electronics in the area, etc, etc. But this unit is one of the best and you can't go wrong with it.
