Will this work with a D3100 or is there one that does ? null

No. The Nikon D3100 does not have Wi-Fi technology so accessory adapters will not work, however, a compatible Eye-Fi card used in the camera can transfer images wirelessly. Compatible Eye-Fi card information for the Nikon D3100 can be found on page 150 in the User's Manual. A manual can be found here: http://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/products/19/D3100.html

I am pretty sure it will work with the Nikon D3100.
