I would contact ninja. They are very helpful when it comes to their products. I had one go out during my warranty period and they were very helpful and understanding. You can find the number in the paperwork or look it up online.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you were in the habit of cleaning your coffee ☕ pot every month with distilled white vinegar it would work like a brand new one. If you did this and you still have the problem then I would have to say manufacturing problem. I have mine 2 years and it works like new.,but you have to clean the unit a whole pot should brew in 15 minutes.
