“Does it have charcoal filter to smooth harsh tap water?”

• Hello, We do apologise, but the Ninja - Coffee Bar Brewer with Thermal Carafe does not have a water filter. With this being said, it does have a clean function. While using a coffee machine descaler you can run a clean cycle to rid the machine of any calcium build up. We recommend running a clean cycle every 100 brews. We hope this information helps. • No. it does not have a filter for water at all. We simply put water from our water purifier in it. Works Great! We love our NINJA Coffee Bar!

• There is no charcoal filter. Although, I recommend using a water filter on your faucet or if you buy bottled water you should be good to go. I'm thinking of getting a faucet filter that removes the fluoride as well. Which is a known neurotoxin.
