Please try again later.It's kind of silly but the 11th option is for mix-ins QVC called it an 11 in 1 if I'm not mistaken and everywhere else calls it a 10 in one The only difference between the two is the number of cups you get you can always add more cups. I think it was QVC's weird advertising. Because I actually called Ninja over that 11th function lol .That's what I was told anyway
