This is my 3rd coffee maker as they have been replaced for not functioning properly. I just think it’s a very poorly designed coffee maker. You’d think you could use it like it was designed but you can’t use pods. So very frustrating!!
A:AnswerActually I am old enough to know ALL coffee makers need a complete cleaning. Yes when your clean light comes on. Yes, add in the same reservoir White Vinegar to the travel mug line then water to the top line of reservoir. Turn setting to carafe mode an turn to the drip setting & push start. The cycle may take 75 mins. You also need to use just a full reservoir of just water to run another carafe setting to rinse the vinegar solution out of coffee maker. Wash removable parts in dishwasher or by hand then air dry. You are ready to go again!
A:AnswerYES! Another reason we love it! It has a setting for the Karafe when in use, and how much to brew. (per. oz setting)
This does have the 12 cup filter hidden on the top when large brews are needed. (Not just the k-cup)
