• The OL701 includes a probe that connects to the underside of the lid and the OL601 does not include a probe.

• Not a big difference. 701 has the meat thermometer. Google and YouTube are great resources for your comparisons of the products.

• OL701 comes with a thermometer, but if you compare the price difference i would think its not recommended to go for OL701 over OL601. You need to ask yourself how much is a thermometer important to you
