• It is different. Steam fried needs water. And crispy fried - air fried no water.

• I would think of the pressure cook function as steam fry/ cook. Since you put water in with pressure sealed lid and it creates that steam pressure for cooking. Air fry would not use water/ steam. Just hot air.. similar to an oven.
