This oven has a fractionally larger footprint than the SP101. This unit measures 19” wide, 16” deep, and 8” tall while setup for use. Flipped up it measures 19” wide, 15” tall, and 8” deep. (The loss of 1” comes from the fact the units stand has prongs that keep it about 1” away from the wall/backsplash while ready for use). All dimensions are within 1” of the SP101 model despite having increased capacity inside for cooking.

However, both variations include dehydrate. Also, the bottom of the oven is removable when upright for easier cleaning access. SP301: Identical build & accessories, but adds dehydrate & reheat functionality.
