QuestionIs this model discontinued? I can't seem to find Model FT301 on the Ninja website.

- Answer It is a downgraded SP301 made for Best Buy, mostly so you can not price shop and price match models. They do that on TVs also. It does not have the same temperature range, reheat and something else that was mentioned in another question.

- Answer this one does not dehydrate or reheat. the sp301 model is the 13-in-1 and that does dehydrate and reheat. the temperature range on the 11-in-1 model is 250 to 450 degrees while the 13-in-1 temperature range is 135 to 500 degrees.

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of this unit. What are differences between this and the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven, Model SP101, and the SP301?

- Answer This oven has a fractionally larger footprint than the SP101. This unit measures 19” wide, 16” deep, and 8” tall while setup for use. Flipped up it measures 19” wide, 15” tall, and 8” deep. (The loss of 1” comes from the fact the units stand has prongs that keep it about 1” away from the wall/backsplash while ready for use). All dimensions are within 1” of the SP101 model despite having increased capacity inside for cooking.

QuestionWhy does the oven leak oil through the outside like bottom when I flip it up there's oil and oil on the counter

- Answer Because of gravity. If you don’t clean the oil out of the bottom of the oven and flip it up, the oil will leak out of the bottom. This oven probably isn’t for you if you don’t clean it.

QuestionDoes this get very hot anywhere on the outside? I have breathing issues & can no longer use my regular oven as a result. Does this give off any smoke, etc or strong smell other than aroma of whatever you're cooking/baking? Thanks

- Answer It doesn't appear to have any insulation, so the outside can get hot. When I first got it, I turned it on outside for 20 minutes at the highest temperature to burn off manufacturing residues (which I could smell). Now we only smell the food as long as we keep it clean. Ideally, you need to clean it after every use or you'll get a buildup or stuff that will smoke. I'm sure the temperature at which you cook at could make difference in the amount of fumes. We're finally able to sear food with this without setting off the smoke detectors.

- Answer You can use any of your own pans or dishes in this unit, as long as they are oven safe up to 500F.

- Answer This is not a microwave but does reheat well, especially food that you would like to stay crispy like Waffles, French fries, Texas toast. It is much more efficient then s big oven. The preheat times are ridiculously short, usually seconds rather than minutes.

- Answer 12 inch. Frozen or home made. It makes the best pizza ever. Just keep an eye on it by checking the bottom for doneness as it comes out very crispy and the bottom crust should be a nice medium brown.

- Answer I called Ninja up and they said that all of their products are teflon-free. So far my pet bird has been healthy with this in use, so that's a good sign. They are sensitive to chemicals in the air.

- Answer The FT301 comes with the oven rack, the sear plate and the air fry basket. I bought a 10" pizza pan, but you can just use the sear plate for that. I also bought a small cookie sheet to bake on. If you can put something in a regular oven and it is small enough to fit in here, you can cook with it.

- Answer You can use the air fry setting to reheat most foods. Just at a lower temperature like 350 and depends on the thickness of the food your reheating. I reheat chicken wings at 350 for 8 minutes. Or hash browns for 5 or 6 minutes
