• It is a downgraded SP301 made for Best Buy, mostly so you can not price shop and price match models. They do that on TVs also. It does not have the same temperature range, reheat and something else that was mentioned in another question.

• I had read somewhere else that the FT301 is made specifically for Best Buy. It's almost the same as the SP301 but without the dehydrate and reheat functions.
