A:AnswerThe cold can definitely affect it. It’s written in the the warranty as well that if you keep it in a garage or a covered porch it voids the warranty. So if anything goes wrong bring it into the house and then make the warranty claim LOL

Thanks for inquiring about a mat to protect your floor beneath your treadmill. This treadmill measures 81.1”l x 39.2”w x 70.9”. As the treadmill feet are positioned slightly closer together than these measurements, we recommend a floor mat that is 40”w x 80”l. We manufacture them at that measurement.

A:AnswerYes, the treadmill connects to a WiFi network, and all workouts, progress, and controls made by the trainer is streamed throughout the workout. The trainer will adjust the speed and incline as you go, with the opportunity to override it for any reason. It’s pretty awesome!
A:AnswerHi there.
This treadmill does not have a camera. The live trainer on iFIT can, however, track your progress if you sync up your heart rate monitor with the iFIT app as you participate in a live session.
We see you and support your progress toward your fitness goals. Contact us at [email protected] if you have further questions.

This treadmill can pair with a device through Bluetooth )or through a 3.5 mm male to male audio cable) to play audiobooks or music using the console speakers. But it does not currently have bluetooth pairing with a headset. This treadmill can also pair with a Bluetooth capable heart rate monitor.

These treadmills can be most easily compared on the NordicTrack website at nordictrack.com/treadmills.
At first glance, the biggest difference between these models is the screen size and motor power. The 1750 has a 10” touchscreen, whereas the 2450 has a 14” touchscreen. The motor power is slightly different as the 1750 has a 3.75 CHP, the 2450 has 4.00 CHP.
The tread belts are the same size, they go the same speed, and both have a -3% decline to 15% incline available. Each come with a 1-year iFIT membership.

If you are referring to an emergency stop feature, there is a key that can be attached to you in case of any falls that will automatically signal the equipment to stop when it's pulled.
If you are referring to some other kind of chest strap, please email us for more clarification at [email protected].

This treadmill will not arrived already assembled as this complicates shipping and delivery. To ensure a smooth assembly, we recommend two people work together. The steps are made easier by following along with the 3D instructions provided on the free app called BILT. Just enter the model you are putting together and it provides very detailed instructions. This treadmill averages about two and a half hours to assemble.

The treadmill itself would fit fine in a basement with this ceiling height, as it stands just over six feet high when folded up.
For use, the user height would be limited at that ceiling height.
Step-up height on this machine is about 10.8 inches. With a ceiling height of 7 ft 3 in, this would give you 6 ft 4 inches from the treadmill belt to the ceiling. As long as the user is shorter than that, you should be fine.
However, I would also consider if there are any tight spaces to get the equipment pieces through in order to place it in the basement. This heavy duty equipment can be difficult to move once assembled, and would probably require partial disassembly in order to remove it from a basement.

A:AnswerIt does come ready for iFit programs but don't believe it's ready to play cable tv. Perhaps the usb charge cable port lead to people thinking that? At any rate I don't see that functionality on mine at all.
A:AnswerYes. You can’t do iFit obviously but you can do manual mode. I know this because we had new Wi-Fi replaced recently and it wasn’t available for one of the days when I was working out and it worked just fine.
