How do I download from Digital LIbrary null

I am like you, I couldn't get my Norton to download from the Best Buy site. I called Best Buy to get help and they wanted to charge me!!! I was so disgusted with Best Buy. My son finally took a screen shot of the Best Buy page with the product key code on it and then when I went to my Norton account all I had to do was enter the product key code. I feel like Best Buy should have been more helpful since I purchased this digitally from Best Buy, purchasing in store was not an option. I wanted to purchase this in store to prevent this nightmare from happening, but since that was not an option I had no other choice. But when it comes time to renew my Norton product again, I will go else where and see if I get better customer service.

I was unable to download this from the digital library. It was never there. I thought Best Buy was pretty lame for not having the product itself there for download. If you have Norton already installed on your system, open Norton and click on help. Click on "Enter Product Key". It should be on the lower right side of the Help Center screen. Enter the product key and click "next". ... If you don't have Norton, or a Norton Account, you can still go to their site and download Norton 360 or Norton Security. The product key you enter during installation tells Norton what the product is.

You have to go to the norton websight and use the digital code from bestbuy

After I purchased the product online I was notified that it was available in my digital library where I found the product "KEY" after selecting and opening the product which is what you will need when using the link to the Norton website to set up your account and download the product. If you already have an account at Norton, just sign.
