QuestionEvery other site says this product weighs 5.6 lbs. Is 10.2 lbs correct for this product? It seems to be a mistake and too heavy.

- Answer It is about the 5.6lbs mark. The 10.2 lbs probably includes the weight of the additional cups/lids.

QuestionThe Nutri ninja that I have shredded around the base that turns the blade. Do I have to stand and pulse this one? Or can I leave it and it will blend on it's own? I didn't realize with my last one that there was no automatic function - i had to pulse it.

- Answer No, you do not have to stand and pulse this blender, it pulses on its own on two different settings. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

- Answer It doesn't lock. It has 3 notches that sit in place. Freaked me out too and I used my hand to hold it. But you'll realize it's not necessary.

QuestionI want to buy one to China where the electric volt is 220V, can I use this in China? Does it get damaged when the electric volt is not 110v?

- Answer As our blenders are 120V we do not suggest using overseas. We do not recommend using any Ninja products with adapters as we can't guarantee these will work correctly with the unit. Also, just a friendly reminder that units purchased within North America are not warranted for use overseas.

- Answer Are you sure it’s not the cup that leaks and needs to be replaced? Those can be bought on Best Buy online. I’d contact the manufacturer if the blade piece is broken, I’ve never seen those for sale.
