• This receiver does support Atmos. You can configure the two surround speakers as Atmos, giving you a 3.1.2 configuration. This is all in the manual.

• Yes. I believe that the Bose Acoustimass 15 has 5 speakers plus subwoofer. This is a perfect configuration for the Onkyo TX-SR393.
