Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can use your existing wireless phones. There is a standard phone jack in the back of the OOMA unit for your phone set. I'm using my older 4 handset Panasonic wireless phones with OOMA.

There may be some advantages to an integrated Ooma phone, but I haven't used one - just a standard cordless phone. When you say wireless, I think cellular. There is a very cool app for mobile smartphones that, when either connected to wi-fi or on cellular data, acts just like the Ooma phone device. You can make and receive calls anywhere in the states, which is extremely useful when you are overseas, plus you literally take your "home" phone with you anywhere. The only downside is I wish they could figure out how to integrate text messaging like a regular mobile phone - but then you might not need cell phone service, just data ;)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.also, is the OOMA system compatible with Quantum internet and Direct (Google) TV. My Century Link phone service is very unreliable; I want it to go away
