You get one bill from OOMA & somehow they pay any and all taxes & fees from that. I have their basic service & it costs me $5.64/mo. My AT&T landline bill was over 10X that per month. After I switched, AT&T kept calling offering phone & internet combo packages & I kept asking what part of $6/mo vs $60/mo don't you understand? I think they finally caught on. Also, OOMA will include their premium package for 30 days (or maybe 60 days) at no cost. Normally it's $10/mo extra but when I went to cancel it they offered it at $5/mo. Wish I had accepted, but $10/mo really isn't bad. Also you have to call them at the end of the trial period to cancel the service or they assume you want it & will automatically bill you for it. There can be a slight lag initially when someone one calls but it's normal after the first 5-10 secs. It's most noticeable when telemarketers call so it may be something with their calling system or process. For me it's a small price to pay to save over $55/mo.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The taxes are included on your bill from Ooma. The invoice will be online and it is setup as autopay.
