Yes. I have a HP printer/fax connected using a two way phone cable splitter. Works very well.

Yes, this supports fax machines but to have two lines (two phone numbers) you either need two telo devices or one telo and a Telo “linx” system which bby does not sell. They also do porting at 39.99 a line. Customer service is hit or miss, but almost everything you need in on the user site. Good luck!

Once the electronic handshake occurs, it should be no problem. Receiving faxes should be no problem. The only thing I would be unsure about is whether the slight Ooma delay between opening the line and actually establishing a dial tone would interfere with the beginning of the fax sequence. I wouldn't think so as pre-dialed numbers go through pretty quickly, so probably nothing to worry about. The Ooma device has one of the clearest and cleanest verbal communication lines I have ever used and I highly recommend it.
