• A:Answer Recently purchased over the range microwave and installation from a BestBuy in Tucson, AZ. The installers were FABULOUS! They removed old, installed new, and cleaned up after themselves. They appeared to be BestBuy employees, so no third party contractors. I didn't need duct work as this was a replacement, but they were prepared to tie into what ever ventilation was there. I would your local store to find out.

They came out and measured and let us know if they had to make adjustments. The installer was great, some of the adjustments he didn't have to do and we got money back.

• A:Answer Yes if you set it up at the time of purchase and you bought the full total tech support that includes installations. There are three levels of tech support. Also, the installation needs to be a simple install - if you to retrofit the area they don’t do that if you require electrical work or sawing, they will drill new holes if needed though.
