Q: QuestionDoes the KX-TGA660 Expansion Handset include its own battery charger base (part # PNLC1017)?I have bought a KX-TG7645 phone with a total of five handsets and four battery chargers for the 4 handsets away from the base unit. When I read the description of the KX-TGA660, which is supposed to be identical to the handsets I have, I see no mention of the charger that it would need. But the PNLC1017 model number on the four handset battery chargers I have does not appear as an item I can order, so I need it to be included with the KX-TGA660.

• A:Answer Hi GF, 1 of your handset does not need an extra charger because the base will serve as it's charger. If you are going to purchase KX-TGA660 separatly, it comes with it's own charger and batteries.

• A:Answer Hi Dianne, The difference between the KX-TG 7644M & KX-TG 7644B is only the color of the phone. They are one and the same. M stands for Platinum and B is for black.

Q: QuestionPanasonic KX-TG7641 Bluebooth to latest generation cell phones failedWe have KX-TG7641 which successfully paired with cell phone 2+ years ago. Recently, we got two new cell phones (T-Mobile LG Optimus F3Q and Samsung S5) and neither will pair correctly with the landline Panasonic phone. They detect the Panasonic base during scan routine but the Panasonic base/phone never leaves the Registering cycle. Both phone paired with automobile Nav systems without issue to get and send calls so we know the general routine and the cell phones are not faulty.

Q: QuestionWill a PNLC 1017 phone link to a DECT 600 Plus base?I purchased a PNLC1017 extension phone to replace a lost extension phone from my DECT 600 Plus system. Now I have charged the PNLC 1017 and it seemed to complete "registration," but I can't call from it, and when I try locate it with the locator on the base unit, the base cannot find the new phone. Is there something I can do to get the new extension phone to link to the old base?
