Press vol on front of phone to settings, select time of day & you're good to go. Follow prompts

Hello! To set the time and date, press MENU # 101 on any of the handsets > set the time and date > press SAVE. This setting will transfer to the registered handsets, therefore you only have to perform the steps on one handset. -M
