1hr max before they go off without motion but every time you pass it's would reset the time so virtually yes as long as it's in a high traffic area like a living room. No button but you can get Flic or Logitech Pop to do what your trying to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't need or want the motion detector to do that. If you have Philips hue light bulbs, the app has a feature where it knows your phone's location. That would be the best solution for what you are talking about.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would have to schedule an event via the hue app to turn on the lights. As for the sensor yes it gives you options as to what happens after the lights are on. You can leave them on or turn them down after a set amount to of time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it's on a timer that you can set when you initially set up. Mine's for 5 minutes. So after no motion it'll start the timer for 5 minutes then the lights dim and then are off. I have one in the foyer and as soon as the door opens my hue lights for the foyer entrance and living room come on. It's amazing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can keep the lights on as well. You can also use a Hue switch instead of the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This will on turn on lights when you enter a room. But you can use the IFTTT (If this then that) app. It can use the GPS in my phone, and turn on the lights when I get within a mile of home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would set up the lights in the hue app for a geofence so when your phone gets to house they turn on and turn off when you leave. Your battery will take a hit for the location services being on constantly. You can also set the lights for sunset times as well as other times to go on and off. The sensor can be set for how long it's on after no motion as well as diff lights levels at diff times.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you don't need a motion sensor for on/off when you're not at home. Just use the Home & Away setting in the app. Turn on "Location Aware" to track when you're close to home
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can use either the hue sensor to turn off and on hue lights when you enter or leave a home or use the hue dimmer switch to manually turn off or on lights at your front or back door. You have to set up either of these within the hue app. The dimmer switch has a off, on and dim buttons that have to be pressed just like a normal light switch. It is wireless and can be put anywhere or taken with when you leave and turn on or off with a certain range of the bulbs. I have on in a storage room with no light that i stuck on the door with a hue bulb on an extension cord so i have light there, very handy. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will activate whatever Hue devices you program it to control. Turns the devices off and on. Also reads brightness of the ambient light as a factor of when to activate.
