i dont know who is providing the answers to your question from Best Buy stating 'connect all your hdmi to the hue box then hue box tv out to Samsung connect one..' DOESNT WORK... screen is blank... after several times .. it doesnt work at all ...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For the most part, it does not work. I tried connecting the Phillips Hue Sync box to HDMI 1 and HDMI 4 ARC and had the same issue both times. For my Apple TV, it showed my Apple TV Home Screen for 2 seconds and then the screen would go blank. The only device that worked was my Sony Blu-ray DVD Player. When I connected the Blu-ray player to the Hue Sync and thn One Connect it would work. That is the only device that worked. The rest of my devices wouldn’t work with the One Connect. I tried my 2 game consoles (Nintendo Switch and XBOX) and my Apple TV and it wouldn’t work. So the answer would be no, it does not work with the One Connect system
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this will work with Samsung one connect. You'll just connect all of your devices to the hue box, then plug the hue box into one of your TV. It'll work in any of your TV's hdmi ports, though you'll probably want to plug it into the one with ARC support. As for audio, I ended up plugging my soundbar into my tv, and everything else into the hue box. According to hue, the hue box has arc passthrough but I wasn't able to get sound from the soundbar when plugged into the hue box. For whatever reason, the arc passthrough check on the app would flip off after i turned it on. People have gotten it to work though. I'd have a look on r/hue hue reddit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work with one box connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work just fine with the One Connect. It doesn't really matter which HDMI port you connect it to, just pick one. Then select that HDMI input on the TV menu and whatever content you play will be displayed on that input.
