• Yes. They can change to any colors and appropriate apps can control and cycle the light colors and brightness. On pc u can use them as reactive lights to the colors seen on screen.

• I use these, along with several other Hue lights, with Hue Sync on Mac and they work great. I plug an HDMI cable into my laptop and watch on my TV. You can easily add the Hue Play lights to Entertainment Areas in the Hue app and then switch between sync modes (games, music, videos) in the Hue Sync app.
