QuestionAre the mounting threads reasonably if not totally universal? Could I use a satellite speaker mount to hook them onto a pipe or some other unique geometry? The plan is to have overhead lighting for my resin printer enclosure w/ exposed pipe endoskeleton.

- Answer I would say “normal” I didn’t measure it, but paired with my 2 hue bulbs in a normal lamp I would say it is the same, but wider since it does not have a shade of course. The color is great, but when I really need to light up the room they do great! Hard to get a light behind the TV so I never had one, and it really helps me.

QuestionAlright so I already have 3 Hue Light Bulbs connected to 1 hue bridge. So, to setup the light bar and work at its full power with all the features, do I need to buy an extra bridge? Since the 1 bridge I have doesn't have more space for another device. Ty

QuestionCan these be attached to the back of a TV. I have a 70" Samsung that is on the wall with no shelving around it to set these on. Am wondering if The will attached to the back of a TV somehow.

- Answer You maybe able but I you may not get much light reflection on your wall. I would suggest led light strips to be attached to your tv back. I purchased the led light strips and I really like it.

- Answer They will work without wifi but you won’t be able to change the color or brightness. You will only get the traditional yellowish color. You will need the Philips hue bridge to connect it to wifi

- Answer You could, but I probably wouldn’t for two reasons- 1) they are not cordless so you would have cables hanging down. 2) If not using the little stands, you would have to use the included 3M stickies which I am unsure would stick to drywall, and if so may take the paint with it when you remove them.

- Answer Yes, this work with Razer Synapse but you still have to have a Phillips hue hub in order for it to work properly.

QuestionCan these be used for uplighting corners of a room? Also, can you control the color to just stay on a warm color?

- Answer Yes they can and yes you can set to whatever color you want. The only limitation will be the power cord, the come with one plug for both lights and the rods are not that long. You may have to find an extra plug depending on how far apart you're going, which I'm not sure if you buy or not. You may want to consider the floor lights or Philips - Hue Bloom Table Lamp or the Go Table lamp for your purpose.

- Answer This is part of the setup that mimics the coloring but there are a few more pieces needed, like the Sync Box.

- Answer No they do not. You may be able to make them do it using a 3rd party app, but out of the box, this functionality is not supported.

- Answer You need the sync box. I know it's pricey but once it all setup and working it's pretty awesome.

QuestionSo the colors look interesting but can I dial it back and just use white when I don't want the colors. I have been using a 6500k bias lighting for awhile and this looks interesting but much of the time all the colors would be too much
