I ended up taking back the TV wouldn’t even connect to WiFi right said it couldn’t find any signal but router show’s connected Xbox one though hdmi could hear sound but also tv said couldn’t find signal so something was wrong with that TV very disappointed with that purchase thank you for the support though
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2 possible issues. I know the Samsung you had to channel search for it to build the channel list. Or the tv doesn’t have the required digital converter built in to it. If it xfinity you can load the app on to the tv

I will be assisting you further with this, here's what you need to do: 1.Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged, and all connected equipment is turned off. 2. Connect a coaxial cable (not provided) to the antenna/cable jack on your TV and to the antenna or cable TV wall jack. 3. Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV. 4. On the HOME screen, navigate to the Antenna icon. 5. If you cannot tune to channels you know exist, scan for channels. Go to Settings > Antenna and inputs > Antenna > Scan.
