It's difficult to give you a solid answer on whether or not all 4 cameras can be retained. To an extend, it depends on the radio itself and how the cameras are integrated. There are likely aftermarket solutions from some vendors that may integrate all 4 video feeds and give you a configurable way to output them. At the very least, 1 camera could be integrated into the radio (the rear camera, preferably). Also, there are solutions available to retain your steering wheel controls.
