• Yes, it will just fine but I strongly encourage you to get one of at least 1Tb in size or larger because the speed improvement will become less and maybe even slower once you fill up this storage drive. it is recommended to leave about 250Gb of space free on a 1Tb SSD drive

• It works but a 250gb ssd is not sufficient for a ps4. I would recommend a minimum of 1.5 tb SSD.

• Yes, it will work but match the size of your current hard drive. I did a search for the best SSDs for the PS4 on Google at https://www.lifewire.com/best-hard-drives-for-ps4-4177199. Good luck.
