Hi! The earpiece will work with any cell phone and tablet that support Bluetooth headsets. Many computers nowadays are equipped with native Bluetooth. It is important to take into account that Bluetooth Technology that works through different BT Profiles. These are the profiles the earpice require to at least allow a connection: Headset/Hands-Free Profile HSP 1.2 and HFP 1.6, Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), AVRCP. Most likely the earpiece will pair with the computer and might work with a soft phone; however, we are unable to guarantee optimal performance in terms of audio quality, wireless range and connectivity. In this case we recommend you to checkout our Voyager 5200 UC. This model includes a USB BT600 that ensures PC connectivity should work with your soft phone. All our UC products, Poly USB headsets and personal speakerphones are compatible with the most popular voice platforms.
