Hello! We are sorry to hear about your experience with the headset. Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). You may want to try to charge the headset with a different charging cable to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason yu are still experiencing the same problem then it means the headset has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase. If you just purchased the headset you may return it to the place of purchase. If your retailer is unwilling to replace the headset for you simply click on the following link so you can request a replacement directly from our website: https://bit.ly/2N637EC. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's what I thought, since I been putting to charge and waiting for hour's to get the 100% full charge and nothing, just 90% of charge, and when I turns on, it says that only 6 hours of talk time remains, on the spec's it says 7 hours talk time, but it makes complete sense if can't charge for 100%, I won't have the seven hours talk time.I drive to work talking about 40 minutes, and I have left 60 % of battery level power. I been buying the inespensive headset, and finally when I decided to get a the top of the line headset, out of the box is defectived, is very disappointing what happened with the inspection before sending the products to the store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe your earpiece is broken, mine does charge fully. Mine does not stay connected all of the time, this an issue mine has. I will not replace with the same model. I find it’s too big and falls out of my ear.
