make bluetooth ON on laptop. Press the call button for sometime and you will hear a pairing sound. Then the headset will be shown for pairing on laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Easy, download the app to your laptop at the Plantronics site. Run it and open your Bluetooth settings on your laptop. Locate the headset and pair. Takes all of about 5 minutes from start to finish. I use it on both my laptop and phone at the same time. Works flawlessly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, the Voyager 5220 is designed to work with devices that have Bluetooth, and the required profiles (HFP, HSP, A2DP). If your computer's Bluetooth chip has these profiles, the headset should pair correctly with it. Try the following: 1) Turn on your headset. 2) If it doesn't automatically go into pairing mode, please press and hold the black call button until the LED flashes red/blue. 3) Open your computer's Bluetooth settings and set it to add a new device. 4) Scan and connect. The BT600 USB adapter is included only in the UC version (that also includes a charging case).
