Hello! They are basically the same model, the only difference between these two models are the accessories. The Voyager 5220 includes the charging cable and car charger while the 5200 only comes with the micro USB cable. It was a bit confusing at first but you can read about this on the Plantronics site (use the pulldown selector for model information). The 5200 model is just the headset, the 5220 is the headset with VPC (vehicle power connector; it's just a USB to 12V power adapter); and the 5240 is the headset with the rechargeable case/stand (recommended; it's a really nice accessory).
