It has a Micro USB port on the bottom of the part that goes behind your ear. There is a tiny rubber plug that hides the charging port. You no longer have to use the proprietary Plantronics connector to charge the device.

I have not yet contacted the manufacturer to find out about why there was no magnetic charger included. My prefious model did have that and not the plug with this one.

I previously had the Plantronics Legend which used the magnetic charging lead that connected to a micro USB lead, this charging lead was ever so easy to use, however, the new Voyager uses a micro USB charging cable that is incredibly hard to push into the charging port, this has led to the problem of loose charging ports on the headsets circuit board. They should have designed the new Voyager to use the magnetic charging lead from the older model Legend and included this at the point of sale. Plantronics/Poly do manufacture a charging case at a huge price as an added extra to customers that choose to buy the headset and charging lead package only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just plug the cord into the bottom of the ear piece. There is a little cover you have to flip open exposing the plug. they charge real fast. Hope this helps.

Please note this model does not include a magnetic charging cable. The magnetic connection on the earpiece is made to connect with the charging case but not with a cable as the Voyager Legend.
