Just press the call button continuously til you hear the automated voice that says "pairing". Make sure bluetooth is enable in your phone or device. Plantronics name should appear and just start pairing or connect.

Hi! To pair your Voyager 5220, you need to set the earpiece in pair mode. To do so: with the unit powered-on, press and hold the call button (black button on the very back of the microphone boom) for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. Then you can go to Bluetooth settings on your cell phone and the PLT_5200 Should be listed as available. Select to pair.
