Please try the following steps to enable the pairing mode and connect the device: 1. Turn the headset on and then put it on. 2. Press and hold the Call button until you hear "pairing." 3. While the headset LEDs are flashing blue and red, activate Bluetooth on your phone and set it to search for new devices. 4. Select "Poly V5200 Series." Once successfully paired, indicator lights will stop, and you will hear "pairing successful."
